Workers' compensation hearings in Pennsylvania are held, generally, in the county in which the injured worker resides. Directions to each of the workers' compensation hearing offices in Pennsylvania can be obtained by visiting the PA Bureau of Workers' Compensation website.

Injured workers who live in Philadelphia currently will have their hearings either at the Center City Philadelphia Hearing Office, located at 8th Street and Arch Streets, or at the Northeast Philadelphia Hearing Office, located at 2901 Grant Avenue. Unfortunately, the Northeast Philadelphia Hearing Office will be closing in late 2012 or early 2013. At that time, all injured workers who reside in Philadelphia will have their hearings held at the Center City Philadelphia Hearing Office.
